This nourishing yoga practice is designed to support grounding, reflection, and inner steadiness in the height of the holiday season. This special online class will weave together gentle and grounding asana, calming pranayama (breathing exercises), guided meditation, and intentional journaling to create space for introspection as we approach the close of the year.

Together we will slow down, reconnect, and tend to what truly matters—leaving you feeling centered, soothed, and clear as you move into the season ahead.
