I am a 500-hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher, 500-hour Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, Integrative Health Coach, and longtime Kripalu faculty member devoted to helping others reconnect with their innate wisdom and wellbeing. My work is rooted in the teachings of yoga, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and nature—traditions that have shaped my life both personally and professionally.
Over the past twelve years, I have had the joy of guiding students through yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic workshops, as well as facilitating Kripalu programs centered on seasonal wisdom, self-care, and embodied living.
I bring a warm, intuitive, and educational approach to my classes and coaching sessions, drawing on years of experience guiding both groups and individuals. Whether I’m teaching movement, leading meditation, or supporting clients one-on-one, my intention is the same: to offer grounded, accessible tools that help people find clarity, balance, and the courage to live in alignment with their truth.
My path is one of continuous learning, devoted to practices that nurture authenticity, compassion, and a more spacious way of being. I am committed to ongoing study, self-inquiry, and honest self-expression—values that shape and inform both my teaching and personal practice.
Outside of my professional work, I am a mother of two and a nature lover who finds renewal in the outdoors and inspiration in the rhythms of the natural world. These relationships—to family, to community, and to the earth—continue to deepen my understanding of what it means to live with steadiness, curiosity, and compassion.
My offerings reflect this devotion: to help others reconnect with themselves, build sustainable wellbeing, and feel supported in navigating life with greater ease and authenticity.
