Integrative Health Coach
Health is more than numbers, and more than what we experience in the physical body. It’s the way we care for the whole of who we are—how we show up in relationships, move through our daily interactions, and engage with our work in the world. When we feel well, we gain clarity around our thoughts and emotions, make more aligned choices, and reconnect with the simple pleasures that nourish us.
Working with a Health Coach provides compassionate support and grounded accountability to help you create meaningful, sustainable changes that move you toward greater well-being.
Over the course of six months, I work one-on-one with clients, meeting every other week for 50 minutes. Together, we explore the full landscape of your health—physical wellbeing, nutrition, stress management, relationships, career, and beyond—so that you can build a lifestyle that feels balanced, intentional, and truly supportive.
