Holistic Health Coach
Health is more than weight and measurements, and more than what exists in the physical body. It is how we care for the entirety of our Selves. It is how we show up in relationships, interactions, and with our work in the world. When we feel well, we are able to have clarity around our thoughts and feelings, make better choices, and connect with simple pleasures. Working with a Health Coach offers support and accountability in order to create impactful and lasting change in the direction of better well being.
Over the course of 6 months I work with clients individually, meeting every other week for 50 minutes. During this time, we explore all areas relating to health and well-being: physical health, nutrition, stress management, relationships, career, etc.

Yoga & Ayurveda
As a 500-hour Kripalu yoga teacher and 500-hour Ayurvedic yoga teacher. I offer private and group classes and workshops both in person and remotely. As a faculty member at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. I guide classes, workshops, and outdoor activities for guests from around the world. You can also practice with me (in studio and online) at Berkshire Yoga, Dance, and Fitness in Pittsfield, MA.
The practices and teachings of yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation have become a refuge for me in the midst of a busy life and full schedule. On some days, taking even a few deep breaths, or sitting quietly for 5 minutes is my only practice, and yet the most powerful. My intention with teaching is to impart knowledge from yoga, Ayurveda, nutrition, and mindfulness in a way that is practical, accessible, and easily integrated into a daily routine.
